We just wanted to let you know, sometimes our measurements can have a 1-2cm variance – purely because nothing is perfect, no matter how hard we try.
But we do try - we try to give as much information on everything as we possibly can, and if you have any feedback or suggestions we are 100% open to improving things!

Express orders placed before 2pm Sydney time, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same business day (excluding public holidays).
After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes 1–4 business days and express delivery 1–3 business days. Regional and remote deliveries may take up to 10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by Australia Post delays.
Please note we are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post. If your parcel has been shipped but hasn't yet arrived, Australia Post could be experiencing delays; please check their website for updates.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer. If an order is refused at customs due to non-payment of duties/taxes, Shade of the Vine Pty Ltd T/A Vine Apparel reserves the right to deduct any return costs from the refund.
Delivery Risk
Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided, risk passes to the customer. If you authorise delivery without a signature, Vine Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered by Australia Post.
Order Protection Guarantee
For peace of mind, we recommend that you add Order Protection during checkout.
If you purchase Order Protection and your items are lost or damaged in transit, we’ll send out a replacement as quickly as possible. If your items are no longer in stock, we'll refund the cost of the items.
If your order is delivered to the wrong address or goes missing after being marked as delivered (including deliveries without a required signature), we may need to open an investigation with Australia Post before we can ship a replacement to you. Where Order Protection has been purchased, this process is generally much faster.
Authority to Leave: If you authorise delivery without a signature, the parcel may be left unattended. Once Australia Post records a delivery scan, responsibility for collecting the parcel rests with the customer. We will still assist you, but please note that carrier investigations may take time if an item goes missing after delivery.
MAKING A CLAIM
If you need to make a claim under your Order Protection Guarantee, please contact us with your order number and claim details.
- Within 14 days of delivery
- Unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all the tags still attached
- Eligible for return (that is, not marked as “Not Eligible for Return”)
- Faulty
- Incorrect item received
Some items are not eligible for return.
