CHRISTMAS CUT OFF DATES
Please check Australia Post's cut-off dates for delivery by Christmas. Note that orders may take 3 - 5 business days to be sent out.
Express shipping will be turned off on the 20 December 2024 (1 pm) and turned back on for 6 January.
NOTE DURING SALE PERIODS
As you would expect, we get very busy during our sale period. So, we want to let you know ahead of time that shipping times can be extended to up to 7 business days. We are working hard to do our best to get packages out to you as quickly as possible. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Standard Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $8.95 and Express Shipping is available for $14. Vine Apparel uses Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia.
We are getting orders out as fast as we can, but please know that it could take 3 - 5 business days for your order to be processed. During SALE PERIODS this is extended to 7 business days. Express orders are usually processed by the following business day.
The estimated delivery time for standard delivery within Australia is 3 - 6 business days, but it may take up to 14 days for deliveries to regional and remote areas. Express shipping typically takes 1 - 3 business days to most areas.
Please note we are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post. If your parcel has been shipped but hasn't yet arrived, Australia Post could be experiencing delays; please check their website for updates.
Free In-Store Pick-up
International Shipping
We ship items to New Zealand for a flat fee of AU$13.00, via Australia Post, using International Standard with tracking. Orders will be processed within 5 - 7 days, and may take 2 - 3 weeks to arrive, based on Australia Post delivery timeframes.
We ship items internationally to the rest of the world for a flat fee of AU$35. International orders will be shipped via Australia Post with tracking and may take between 4 - 5 weeks to arrive. During a SALE PERIOD there can be further delays. Estimated delivery time frames vary depending on what is going on in the world, see Australia Post for updated estimated international delivery time frames.
Order Protection Guarantee
For peace of mind, we recommend that you add Order Protection during checkout.
If you purchase Order Protection and your items are lost or damaged in transit, we’ll send out a replacement immediately. If your items are no longer in stock, we'll refund the cost of the items.
If your order is delivered to the wrong address, or goes missing after being delivered without the required signature, we will need to open an investigation with Australia Post before we can ship a replacement to you.
Note: If you authorise delivery without a signature, then we cannot accept responsibility for any claim made by you for a lost package, if the carrier has confirmed the package has been delivered. In these circumstances you are responsible for the safety of your package once it has been delivered.
