NOTE DURING SALE PERIODS
As you would expect, we get very busy during our sale period. So, we want to let you know ahead of time that shipping times can be extended to up to 7 business days. We are working hard to do our best to get packages out to you as quickly as possible. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Standard Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $8.95 and Express Shipping is available for $14. Vine Apparel uses Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia.
We are getting orders out as fast as we can, but please know that it could take 3 - 5 business days for your order to be processed. During SALE PERIODS this is extended to 7 business days. Express orders are usually processed by the following business day.
The estimated delivery time for standard delivery within Australia is 3 - 6 business days, but it may take up to 14 days for deliveries to regional and remote areas. Express shipping typically takes 1 - 3 business days to most areas.
Please note we are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post. If your parcel has been shipped but hasn't yet arrived, Australia Post could be experiencing delays; please check their website for updates.
International Shipping
Due to new US Government import rules, Australia Post has paused deliveries to the United States and Puerto Rico from 26 August 2025. These changes require duties and taxes to be prepaid. This is out of our control, but we expect it to be temporary and will update this page as soon as services resume.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer. If an order is refused at customs due to non-payment of duties/taxes, Shade of the Vine Pty Ltd T/A Vine Apparel reserves the right to deduct any return costs from the refund.
Delivery Risk
Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided, risk passes to the customer. If you authorise delivery without a signature, Vine Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered by Australia Post.
Order Protection Guarantee
For peace of mind, we recommend that you add Order Protection during checkout.
If you purchase Order Protection and your items are lost or damaged in transit, we’ll send out a replacement as quickly as possible. If your items are no longer in stock, we'll refund the cost of the items.
If your order is delivered to the wrong address or goes missing after being delivered without the required signature, we will need to open an investigation with Australia Post before we can ship a replacement to you.
Note: If you authorise delivery without a signature, then we cannot accept responsibility for any claim made by you for a lost package, if the carrier has confirmed the package has been delivered. In these circumstances you are responsible for the safety of your package once it has been delivered.
