Quiet Shopping Experience

So, we’re doing a new thing. It’s called a “Quiet Shopping Experience”, and we are opening this up to individuals in our store at Cromer, NSW from 5-6pm on Mondays and Fridays.

What is the Quiet Shopping Experience?
It's a private experience, giving you the opportunity to be in our store, by yourself for an hour. You can come on your own, (or with your loved one / ones of course), with our staff on hand, with music on or off, whatever you prefer.

If you’d like to participate in this experience due to your personal circumstances, you can send us a request by email to quietshopping@vineapparel.com with the subject line 'Quiet Shopping Request'. Our team review this on a case-by-case basis.

More Details:
This experience is not for everyone. These sessions are available to book if you are immunocompromised, or going through chemo, or something else where your body and existence is not what you’re used to, and you want to be able to try things on without other people around. If you need some normalcy in what is otherwise a very tricky time.

Our staff are happy to wear masks. We can have music playing, or you can have silence. We can help you if you’d like, or you can peruse at your own leisure.

There is no minimum spend requirement. In fact, it doesn’t matter if you don’t spend a cent. This isn’t a money thing for us, it’s just wanting to do it, and being able to do it.

I am so happy to be able to do this, I can’t believe I didn’t think of it earlier. The idea came about when a very special human messaged me asking if there was any chance she could come in to the store with her sister who is going through chemo. She has lost her hair, her eyelashes, and she feels like she has lost her femininity :(

We were thinking there are probably more people than just this beautiful girl who are in this situation, so this idea was born.

How to be considered for this experience:

Please note - we have the right to refuse. This isn’t for those who don’t have time to get to the shops during the day or on the weekend, or just because - it’s for people who need it.
