Part-Time - Retail Assistant

Vine Apparel are looking for someone who would like to work part time in our Cromer & Mona Vale Retail Stores. You will need to have weekend and weekday availability, the hours are Monday-Friday 9-5, Saturday 9-4:30 & Sunday 10-3.

You will need to be available to work a minimum of 3 days a week, with one weekend day every fortnight at a minimum.

The ideal applicant must have the following:

  • Minimum 2 years retail experience.
  • Love helping customers and want to provide the best possible service.

  • A willingness to learn about our product to best help our customers.
  • A happy, bubbly personality and naturally friendly.
  • A committed and reliable team player.

Full Time - Retail Manager

Vine Apparel are looking for an exceptional Retail Manager for our Cromer & Mona Vale stores.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced retail Store Manager to take over an established high achieving team. This opportunity will suit an experienced Store Manager who would love to walk straight in and reap the rewards of a team that is already "winning".

This is a full-time position with an Immediate start will require the right person to be available one weekend day every week (either Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday). In this role you will be instrumental in steering the team by coaching, mentoring, and developing them to reach heights never before seen.

  • Ability to provide a high standard of customer service.
  • An engaging and natural approach when creating lasting customer relationships – repeat visitors are at the heart of measuring our success.
  • Commitment to lead, inspire and motivate your team by identifying opportunities for growth within your store. Providing training, development, and communication.
  • The ability to understand, clearly communicate and achieve performance indicators.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and experience in providing sales training that will make a positive and lasting impact.
  • A minimum of 2 years in retail management experience.
  • Store operations including inventory and stock control and roster management. Ability to manage a quick turn over of stock and identify slow movers.
  • Leading and inspiring your team to achieve store sales, KPI targets and profitability goals.
  • A willingness to learn about our product to best help our customers and maintaining exceptional product knowledge.
  • Experience ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.
  • A love for being in a fast pace, growing business and can adapt to change – it is retail after all.
