Social Media Coordinator

Vine Apparel are looking for a superstar to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, dynamic, Northern Beaches team, working from our Head Office in Cromer.

We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator. This a newly created role, ideally suited to a someone who is passionate about developing their career in Marketing. 

This role will operate on a full-time basis working five days a week with the option for flexible workplace.

Start date: Immediate.

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of social media channels 
  • Maintain internal social and brand calendars, ensuring all placements, brand launches and internal content is allocated.
  • Scheduling, tagging and moderating content on multi social media platforms.
  • Social media strategy & implementation including creative copywriting. 
  • Create weekly EDM campaigns in CMS systems like Klaviyo and MailChimp .
  • Support development of content for social and execute all daily social posts on Instagram, Instagram Stories and Facebook .
  • Help execute marketing plan as per marketing promotional calendar.
  • Organise and manage photo shoots, including management of our image library. 
  • Work closely with our various departments to deliver on request.
  • Assist in maintaining website, online marketing, electronic communications.
  • Basic graphic design.
  • Copywriting and creating engaging content.
  • General administration duties within the marketing team.
  • Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.

Skills:

  • Enthusiastic, eager to learn and possess a positive and professional “can do” attitude.
  • Minimum 1 Year experience within Marketing / Social Media / PR – preferably in consumer products.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above with majors in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • High level interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally. 
  • Strong analytical, thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • An obsession with social trends, brands, and influencers.

Warehouse Supervisor

Vine Apparel are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to help in our warehouse, primarily with stock. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, dynamic, Northern Beaches team. Vine Apparel has two storefronts in Mona Vale and Cromer, and the warehouse/head office in Cromer.

This is a full time positions, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday in Cromer warehouse.

Manual handling is a significant part of this role and candidates must be comfortable with the physical demands of the role, light lifting and responsible manual handling with the use of aids.

Start date: Immediate

 Responsibilities:

  • Managing goods inward, (receiving, checking, put away)
  • Maintenance of all inventory records
  • Loading and unloading trucks and containers
  • Loading and unloading trucks with the forklift ensuring safe work practices.
  • Accurately receive inbound goods including verification per paperwork.
  • Stock replenishment & Stock rotation
  • Entering new stock into our WMS, creating barcodes, and applying to correct stock Stocktakes, General House-keeping and other duties as directed.
  • Performing stock take and cycle counting procedures.
  • Willing to roll your sleeves up to help the team wherever needed.
  • Strong team player and able to deliver under pressure
  • Co-ordinating movements to and from other offsite warehouse operations.
  • Performing general Warehouse duties as required.
  • Ensuring WHS procedures are followed.
  • Respond to internal stakeholders requests and make immediate decisions to resolve issues
  • Motivate junior team member(s) and develop a high performance team
  • Pick/packing/wrapping and dispatch of orders as required.

Skills:

  • Reasonable level of physical fitness as the position involves some heavy lifting
  • Previous experience in managing all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, dispatch, stock control, freight and transport functions
  • Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and process orientated.
  • Good social listening & communication, reading, writing and numeric skills
  • A strong awareness of Health & Safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Impeccable time management & organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Dependability, Adaptability, Ability to Work Under Pressure and resolve conflict.
  • Conscientious, reliable, energetic, flexible with a positive “can do” approach and stable employment history.

  • Valid Forklift licence with photo I.D. (preferred not essential, will need to be willing to obtain one)
  • A full current driver's license.

Vine Apparel are looking for a retail superstar to work in our Cromer & Mona Vale Retail Store on a casual basis.

Casual positions available in the Mona Vale and Cromer stores, you must be available one weekend day every week. The ideal applicant must have the following:

  • Minimum 2 years retail experience.
