Part-Time - Retail Assistant

Vine Apparel are looking for someone who would like to work part time in our Cromer Retail Store. You will need to have weekend and weekday availability, the hours are Monday-Friday 9-5, Saturday 9-4:30 & Sunday 10-3.

You will need to be available to work a minimum of 3 days a week, with one weekend day every fortnight at a minimum.

The ideal applicant must have the following:

  • Minimum 2 years retail experience.
  • Love helping customers and want to provide the best possible service.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and follow procedures.
  • Able to work in a friendly team environment.
  • A willingness to learn about our product to best help our customers.
  • A happy, bubbly personality and naturally friendly.
  • A committed and reliable team player.
  • Must be available to work 1 weekend day every week.

Customer Happiness - Full Time

Vine Apparel are looking for a superstar to join our Customer Happiness team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, dynamic, Northern Beaches team.

We have a very loyal customer base with strong connections to the local community, and we pride ourselves on being effortless, affordable, and making customers feel beautiful, all the time.

As a Customer Happiness representative, you will report to the senior management team. The role is full time – Monday to Friday, based at the head office in Cromer.

Start date: Immediate.

Responsibilities:

  • Take incoming phone calls and answer customer enquiries.
  • Using both the phone and email to reach out to customers and verify information.
  • Go the extra mile for customers.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Work with the senior management team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
  • Attending to all emails in a timely manner – including order changes, address changes, exchanges, and other enquiries.
  • Interact with customers and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
  • Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Skills:

  • Strong yet friendly phone manner, contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills.
  • Excellent social listening skills.
  • Top-notch aural, oral, and verbal communication skills.
